User Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) constitutes a public offer and governs the relationship between PT BALI BAZA DEVELOPMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and any individual or legal entity using the website available at https://balibaza.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

1.2. By using the Website, including browsing its pages, submitting forms, sending inquiries, or requesting consultations, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, they must immediately cease using the Website.

1.4. The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by publishing an updated version on the Website. The amended version becomes effective upon publication unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

3.2. All information published on the Website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.3. Any financial calculations, projections, ROI figures, or estimates presented on the Website are indicative only and do not guarantee the achievement of similar results.

4. Personal Data and Confidentiality

4.1. By submitting personal data through the forms available on the Website, the User consents to the processing of such data by the Company.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• restrict or terminate access to the Website in case of violation of this Agreement or applicable law.

6.2. The User undertakes to:

• use the Website lawfully and not infringe the rights of third parties;
• refrain from actions that may disrupt the operation of the Website;
• provide accurate and up-to-date information when submitting forms.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Website is provided without any additional warranties. The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information published and the proper operation of the Website but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

7.2. The Company shall not be liable for:

• decisions made by the User based on the information available on the Website;
• any losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website;

7.3. The User acknowledges that real estate transactions and investments involve risks, and the Company does not guarantee any specific financial results unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

8.2. The Parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes through negotiations.

8.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent court at the Company’s place of registration, unless mandatory provisions of applicable law provide otherwise.
